Beef Fajita Burgers
Takes 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 TB Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/4 TB chili powder
1 1/4 ts ground cumin
2 TB thyme (fresh or dried)
Hot Sauce to taste
3/4 TB grill seasoning
4 hamburger buns
1 TB olive oil
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 jalepeno chile, chopped
2 cups green salsa
Directions
In a bowl, combine beef, worchestire sauce, chili powder, cumin, thyme, hot sauce and grill seasoning; mix well. Form into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onions and jalepenos; saute until tender. Stir in salsa and heat just until warmed.
Grill burgers to desired doneness.
Place burgers on buns and top with pepper/onion mix.
