Stuffed Bell Peppers

Slow Cooker Recipe
Serves 8

Ingredients:

8 large bell peppers
2 pounds ground beef, browned
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup rice, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ketchup
dash hot pepper sauce
2 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper


Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except bell peppers. Gently pack mixture into peppers which have been capped and seeded. Place in greased slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on LOW 9-11 hours of HIGH 5-6 hours.
