I have dedicated a section of this website to my Mommy and Daddy. Many a times I have heard my Mom say, “Guess I better go make some dinner. Should it be salad or steamed vegetables?”
In an effort to give my parents more variety at dinner time that still equals a quick and healthy meal, I have started calculating the calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and carbs for each meal. Only meals with 500 calories per serving or less will be included in this section.
So, Mom, Dad, and everyone else, make anything from this section with confidence! It is healthy and delicious and not just your plain ol’ salad and vegetables.
