5 Recipes for $40

I am so excited because this week I managed to squeeze 5 recipes (4 servings each) out of $40.

I love spinach, so you will see that there are two recipes this week where that is the main ingredient. I am also continuing my quest to get to know quinoa a bit better so I can make it a part of my staple food storage. And, my husband helped out this week letting me borrow his Spinach Omelette Recipe. I through in a couple of casserole type dishes because it was cold and rainy this past week–needed some comfort food.

Enjoy!

Recipes for this week:

Bacon Mac and Cheese Bake
